Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
